Processing Time

Processing time takes 2 to 6 working days from the day the order was placed. The processing time would also depend on the piece that needs to be made. Eg making a custom necklace would take longer than making a stretch elastic bracelet.


Delivery & Pick Up Policies

We currently only ship to the US, Canada and the Caribbean Islands. We arrange for pick ups locally (in St. Lucia) and offer on island delivery through our postal service.

The collection times and days for local pickup are as follows until further notice:

Castries - Saturdays between 9:00am and 9:20am outside of the RJ Clarke Building

Rodney Bay - Saturdays between 10:00am and 10:20am outside of the 1st National Bank, JQ Charles Mall


Returns & Exchanges (Locals Only)

At this time, we do not offer return or refund services on purchases due to sanitary and safety concerns/precautions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you need a size exchange. See info below to learn more about size exchanges.

We offer the opportunity to exchange out any jewelry for a bigger or smaller size in that same exact product . The item(s) MUST be returned within one week of receiving the package. We DO NOT accept returns after that return time frame has expired. Due to this matter, we strongly encourage you to provide correct measurements or contact us for sizing assistance before placing your order.

Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item(s) to make sure it is in the same state as it was when we first sent it to you. If everything is fine and there are no alterations or flaws to the item, we will go forth with the size exchange process.



All sales are final once they are placed and processed in our system. This occurs immediately after you submit your order with us. We do not issue any sort of cancellation.

Repairs (Locals Only)

We offer repair services for beaded bracelets, anklets and necklaces ONLY. Repairs can be requested for jewelry purchased from us as well as other beaded jewelry purchased from another business. Repairs are done at a small fee, depending on the repair. To find out if a repair is possible, please send us a photo of the item that you would like to be repaired and we will confirm with you whether or not it is possible to have it fixed.
